byb108 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where byb108 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where termination is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Members may close their byb108 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied, or the corresponding bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified cash balances will be returned to the Member's registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
Upon termination of an account, the Member's right to access the byb108 platform ceases immediately. Significant changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the byb108 platform following the publication of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
